Do I have to pay to make an enquiry?
No. There is no charge simply for contacting us and asking whether we may be able to help. If we offer to act, we will explain the proposed funding arrangement and any potential deductions or expenses before you instruct us.
Is every claim No Win, No Fee?
No. Funding depends on the work. Most non-small-claims personal injury matters accepted by Zen are dealt with under a CFA; qualifying pre-litigation RTA small-claims matters use a 40% inclusive VAT CTFA; CICA matters use a 36% inclusive VAT CTFA; Housing Disrepair uses its own CFA; and general work may be privately funded.
How long do I have to bring a personal injury claim?
Many negligence-based personal injury claims have a three-year limitation period running from the accident/cause of action or a later date of knowledge, but exceptions and different rules apply. Seek advice promptly rather than relying on a general deadline.
What evidence should I keep?
Keep photographs, video, witness details, accident reports, correspondence, medical information and evidence of financial loss. The precise evidence depends on the claim.
